Shipping policy

The processing time for order is 3-5 business days. After that, delivery time within Australia and New Zealand is 3-6 days, and 10-15 business days internationally, particularly China. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, this time may vary. Thank you for your patience. 

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from Australian carrier to the local carrier in your country or region or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, not any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the Australia.
